Just came across advtg in newspaper about property exhibition going in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. I was surprise looking this advt on each page of same paper given by different builders. How much money they are spending on Print Ads, TV Ads n all. I think this might be more than the Ad budget of HUL n other big time ad spenders.
We all think everyday about having a house, "a Dream Home" from where we can travel easily to out job place, come back give some time to Family. At same time we know now its almost becoming impossible to middle class people to dream of this Dream. The property rates and increasing day by day touching sky. In recent time again came a news of Confirmed Airport in Navi Mumbai so rates again started going upwards.
Now look at the the advantage taken by Builders lobby : When Navi Mumbai witness prices rise , it was due to same news that New Airport will be constructed in Navi Mumbai. This Dream is sold to people to invest/buy property/houses in Navi Mumbai. Again on same news they hiked prices telling that now its confirm that Airport will in Navi Mumbai Only.:) Still I am not getting ans to my questions: Which are these people who are buying this inflated property ? Is there so much money in market people have to invest in these properties? GOD KNOWS !!
Here I think that We, People are responsible to this Inflated/Manipulated Price rise. We need to think and take firmed steps regarding this situation. Coming back to the news of BANM Exhibition, The response to this Exhibition will decide the future rates in Navi Mumbai. IF the Response by people is good then the Prices will touch Sky, if We give bad response to them..Then THEY HAVE TO THINK.
We all should come together and blackout this kind of exhibitions, Events hosted by Builders. This will give them a punch on face and force them for prices corrections. With reference to my discussion with one of Civil Engineer ( Experienced- Phd Holder) that the cost per Sq Foot for construction is not more than 1500-1700 Rs for a Quality construction. If we go by this calculations then Look at the margins of Builders. There should not be any question in our mind now Why Builders become Rich day by day. We all have seen this all along our life.
Dear All my friends...come together.. form a group where we can do something against this. Please find a Facebook Link below to join a group.

The Present of the Past – Learnings from History
This is my reply for my friend - Pranjal's blog "The Present of the Past – II"
http://www.rational-mind.com/?p=409
Today very few students like history subject ( IT ka Jamana hai Bhai !! ), but we know History repeats itself one or other way….We need to take lessons from it to avoid mistakes in future.
India definitely need to learn from History.
I think Democracy is best and worst thing in India. and Also Gandhiji is best and worst person to born in India.
Our democracy doesn’t allow us to take such decisions as in case of Shivaji Maharaj only Maharaj were taking decision, but look at today’s situation in India where it takes days/months to take unanimous decision in countries favor. In that also some will be against it. Some authoritarian kind of ruling is required to take country forward ( Like Presently in Gujrat – Narendra Modi ).
Coming to Gandhiji, I agree with Sujan. If Lokmanya Tilak could have lived little more and such more leaders were there we could have got freedom much earlier. The Gift of “Ahinsa” from Gandhiji is coming in our way to tackle issues like Kashmir, Naxlities, Terrorism etc. We want to follow Gandhijis Marg, but at same time we forgot the way Shown by Lord Krishna. In Geeta he told this is Kalyug. Every thing is fair in War, and we are fighting a war against this issues. Dont give chance to enemy to rise his head, cut it. Lord Krishna himself Shishupal after forgiving 100 times to his mistakes, India is great than Lord Krishna to forgive Pak more than 100 times.
I feel we need to live in Kalyug and fight with our enemies, else which will lead to destruction of our country. Follow the path shown by Gods & History.

Mumbai Indian's & Sachin's Hungama in IPL 3
IPL-3...waited for it desperately as I wanted to see Mumbai Indians Performing well above expectations. Its Dream come true to see MI on top of list of Point Table till date and Who made it possible.."SACHIN TENDULKAR".
Sachin is being into his greatest form of life. Till last year I was thing 1998 was his great form. But this year I had to changed my view. What an Year for Tendulkar !!! I think its bcoz its 2010...10 being his favorite No and its part of his name also. I hope he adds 10 centuries in record book this year. :)
Coming back to MI, I see them as a real team unit performing to their best level. Players like Saurabh, Satish, Aditya, Raidu coming to party taking load of other senior players is great thing to watch this season which lacked last 2 seasons for MI. Saurabh is really exceptional looking at his performance and his talent to hit the ball, Aditya was surprise package, Satish is great on field and I think MI own match against RR coz of him only...the way he made Yusuf run out...and as expected Raidu is great talent. He is a guy too look for in Indian Cricket.
Till this day only this players contribution along with sachin made MI on top of Table. I am very eager to see Bravo, Pollard, and Great Jaysuria to fire..just think what will happen is all these players coming to party....Then I think there is no stopping for MI. I am waiting for that day to come in in this IPL.
On bowling part..Three are perfect Harbhajan, Zaheer, and Malinga. rest load is taken by bravo, pollard, Maclaren. Good to see MI bowling performing well as last seasons but still lot to improve to become IPL 3 Champions.
Almost half season is coming to over for IPL and the next half will decide who the TOP 4 to contend for Champions post.I Feel this year some surprise will be there in Top 4 list. I guess MI will be amongst them and will be champions of IPL 3.
ALL THE BEST MUMBAI INDIANS....I want Sachin to lift the trophy.
