Blackout - Exhibitions-Events hosted by Builders

              Just came across advtg in newspaper about property exhibition going in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. I was surprise looking this advt on each page of same paper given by different builders. How much money they are spending on Print Ads, TV Ads n all. I think this might be more than the Ad budget of HUL n other big time ad spenders.
             We all think everyday about having a house, "a Dream Home" from where we can travel easily to out job place, come back give some time to Family. At same time we know now its almost becoming impossible to middle class people to dream of this Dream. The property rates and increasing day by day touching sky. In recent time again came a news of Confirmed Airport in Navi Mumbai so rates again started going upwards.
              Now look at the the advantage taken by Builders lobby : When Navi Mumbai witness prices rise , it was due to same news that New Airport will be constructed in Navi Mumbai. This Dream is sold to people to invest/buy property/houses in Navi Mumbai. Again on same news they hiked prices telling that now its confirm that Airport will in Navi Mumbai Only.:) Still I am not getting ans to my questions: Which are these people who are buying this inflated property ? Is there so much money in market people have to invest in these properties? GOD KNOWS !!
              Here I think that We, People are responsible to this Inflated/Manipulated Price rise. We need to think and take firmed steps regarding this situation. Coming back to the news of BANM Exhibition, The response to this Exhibition will decide the future rates in Navi Mumbai. IF the Response by people is good then the Prices will touch Sky, if We give bad response to them..Then THEY HAVE TO THINK.
             We all should come together and blackout this kind of exhibitions, Events hosted by Builders. This will give them a punch on face and force them for prices corrections. With reference to my discussion with one of Civil Engineer ( Experienced- Phd Holder) that the cost per Sq Foot for construction is not more than 1500-1700 Rs for a Quality construction. If we go by this calculations then Look at the margins of Builders. There should not be any question in our mind now Why Builders become Rich day by day. We all have seen this all along our life.
